Venison Puff
Our tender venison is marinated in black pepper, sweet red onion and char siu barbecue sauce, then wrapped tight in a buttery puff pastry. A delicious naughty treat.
Ingredients : Venison 50%, Wheat Flour (Gluten), Onion, Honey, Salt, Chicken Powder, Soy sauce (Soybean), Sugar, Butter, Ginger, Vegetable oil, Sesame Oil (sesame), Water.
6 pieces in a portion.
How to Bake it at Home :
1. Put frozen pastry on baking tray, Baste top of pastry with egg yolk and bake them in preheated oven of 270 degrees Celcius for 5 minutes.
2. Take pastry out of the oven and baste top of pastry with egg yolk for the second time and bake them in the oven of 170 degrees Celcius for 7 minutes.
3. Take pastry out of the oven and baste top of pastry with honey or golden syrup. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top for extra richness.
Ensure food is pipping hot throughout before consumption.
