These terms and conditions apply to the use products manufactured by Great Mai Ltd, In using these products you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and unconditionally and irrevocably agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using our products.
TERMINOLOGY
In these terms and conditions, the terms "we", "us" and "our" are a reference to Great Mai Ltd, and Mai Dim Sum.
AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification of which shall be available on our corresponding websites and delivered to you via email. Continued use of our products following such amendment will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the terms and conditions, as amended.
PRICING POLICY
Our prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery costs are additional, the total of which is offered during the confirmation process.
Your purchase order cannot be accepted until payment in full for the products ordered has been received by us at which time a legally binding agreement on the terms set out herein will become effective.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an invoice.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you with no less than 24 hours notice to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a refund.
REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully. Work will be begin on your order shortly after confirmation. Refund possibility will depend on when your order was confirmed and due to be delivered. We will always work to positively assist you if a cancellation is required. Do get in touch with Great Mai Ltd as soon as possible if changes need to be made. Mai Dim Sum is a fresh cake product and we reserve the right to decline a refund request if it is deemed inappropriate.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver fresh baked products via mail courier, overnight delivery. Exact delivery costs are presented during the order process.
Orders are created upon receipt and dispatched, express delivery via courier to requested address, within 24 hours of order received OR on advertised/requested date.
Products are delivered in temperature controlled packaging to maintain freshness in transit.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the goods can be received upon delivery.
If for any reason no one is present to receive delivery of the Products at the delivery address you have provided to us, Parcelforce has a policy not to take any perishable items back to the depot. Parcelforce will try their best to leave your delivery in the safest place possible.
If you would like to reschedule a delivery after Parcelforce picked up from us, you may contact your local Parcelforce depot and rearrange it. Repeat deliveries or delivery rearrangement may incur additional cost.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom & ROI only. We do NOT deliver to international locations......yet! (O:
